A professor of mine once said, “what you notice increases.” I’m not sure if that was his concept or borrowed from someone else but in my professional experience it’s true. My practice focuses on one’s perceptions and experiences with the goal of redirecting negative thoughts and achieving improved feelings and healthier perspectives. I’ve been a licensed therapist for 21 years in Ohio and was admitted to practice in Pennsylvania since 2022. I’ve had clients who struggle with negative self-image or self-harm - the difficult family to the intolerable self. My main areas of specialty are Mood Disorders, Anxiety Disorders and Substance Abuse Issues, although I have experience with a multitude of Diagnosis. I primarily utilize cognitive behavioral therapy because it seems most effective. However, at the end of the day - I’m here to listen and advocate for you. I enjoy working with adults 18+ via In-person and Teletherapy appointments. You can have a happier life - let’s talk.
