Rates

Rates vary by provider and service, but on average, the fee schedule for a 50-minute session is as follows:

Doctoral Level Licensed Clinicians: $175-200
Master’s Level Licensed Clinicians: $150-175
Master’s Level Clinicians: $100-125

In the beginning, sessions are typically held on a weekly basis. As you make progress with your treatment goals, we will discuss transitioning to bi-monthly sessions, as warranted.

Insurances

Services may be covered in full or in part by your health insurance plan. Please check your coverage carefully by asking the following questions:

  • Do I have outpatient mental health benefits?
  • Do I have a deductible and if so, has it been met?
  • Do I have a copay and if so, how much per session?
  • How many sessions per calendar year does my plan cover?
Please note that the accepted insurances may vary depending on the location and type of service. Our helpful staff will be happy to assist you and answer any questions you may have.

Payment Methods

Cash, check, and credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, Discover) are accepted. Payment is due when services are rendered. Accruing and maintaining a balance due is subject to a $5 fee.

Cancellation Policy

If you do not show up for your scheduled appointment, or you have not notified your provider at least 24 hours in advance, you will be required to pay a $90 missed session fee.
