Autumn relies primarily on Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) approaches but also incorporates Reality Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, Client-Centered Therapy (CCT), and Emotion Focused Therapy (EFT) in her work. Her experience has included behavioral and therapeutic settings spanning a range of populations including individuals, families, and couples between the ages of 6 and 60.
